Any animal event or exhibit must have to proper paper documents in the system by June 1st, and registered by August 1st. Any Static exhibit that you would like to send must be preregistered by August 1st. If there is a need to change entries after August 1st, there is a system for that however, there will be a doubled fee if it is livestock etc.
